Racine man who consumed weed brownie charged with disorderly conduct

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 19-year-old man from Racine was charged with Disorderly Conduct after allegedly consuming a weed brownie and acting combative at a local hospital.

The Racine Police Department was called to Republic Avenue around 12:45 a.m. on Friday for a report of a man who was possibly high on drugs and running down the streets in only his shorts.

Police detained the man who was very incoherent and he allegedly told them that he had consumed a weed brownie. 

According to the complaint, the man was taken to a local hospital for evaluation where he became "violent and combative." He allegedly made threatening comments towards the nurse, performed a lewd act on himself, and tried to spit at officers.
