RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- City of Racine Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services will host the 20th annual PRCS Basketball Free Throw Contest at the Cesar Chavez Community Center on Saturday, March 5. Matt Gomez, director of Cesar Chavez Community Center, joined the show to share more about it.
