RACINE, Wis (CBS 58) - Lace up your shoes and head out in search of one-of-a-kind knick-knacks and antique treasures at the first ever Retro Racine Vintage Market! Nicole Miller, Events Manager at the DeKoven Center, and Brianna Wright, owner of The Kitsch Inn Vintage, joined us with all the details about this new event.

The market takes place on Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the DeKoven Center, 2000 Wisconsin Ave, Racine.

The flea/pop-up/market experience will be filled with vendors presenting all kinds of vintage goods, rustic charms, curated nostalgia, and old-school streetwear. Grab a bloody mary or mimosa while exploring the landmark venue overlooking Lake Michigan. Plus, look out for upcoming details regarding live music and food trucks to round out the whole experience.

Free parking is available on-site and in the surrounding area.

The event has been made possible through a partnership with What's Up Racine, The Kitsch Inn Vintage, and The DeKoven Center.

What's Up Racine is a social rebranding initiative intended to highlight Racine as a destination for young professionals, students, creatives, and entrepreneurs through events, programs, gatherings, and more.

The Kitsch Inn Vintage is a must-stop-shop for plus-sized vintage clothing, home goods, and things you did not even know you needed!

The DeKoven Center is a versatile 11-acre campus located along the bluffs of Lake Michigan offering nationally recognized architecture, gardens, wooded areas, and distinctive spaces perfect for personal reflection or community celebrations.
