Racine PD: Homicide investigation underway after man found shot to death near 9th and Memorial

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine police are now investigating a suspicious death near 9th and Memorial, as a homicide.
According to Racine police, officers located a deceased male on the main floor of a building who appeared to be shot several times. Police identified the man as 28-year-old Demarcus Anderson of Racine.
Officials say on Jan. 6, Anderson was the subject of a formal police problem-solving assignment due to the increase in loud music complaints, parking violations, and other nuisance-type activity during private club activities.
