Racine Unified School District employee charged with sexually assaulting student

MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine Unified School District employee is facing charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a student in May. 

According to a criminal complaint, Justin Jolen Lizama, 34, approached the 16-year-old after school and asked her to get in his car.

He allegedly took the student to his home and gave her marijuana before sexually assaulting her. 

The complaint says Lizama was an event staff employee at Case High School at the time.

He's charged with child enticement and sexual assault of a student by school staff. 

Cash bond has been set at $50,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 6.
