Rainy afternoon leads to multiple accidents, backups along I-94 in Waukesha County

511 WI DOT WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A rainy afternoon on Saturday, July 4, is causing some traffic backups and accidents along I-94 in Waukesha County.
Two separate incidents near I-94 @ County F, and I-94 @ Wis 164 taking place shortly before 4:30 p.m., leading to some delays in those areas.
One of the accidents seeing a semi completely blocking traffic going eastbound.
