Russian diplomats charged in Medicaid fraud

(CNN) -- Forty-nine people, including current or former Russian diplomats, have been charged on suspicion of participating in a nine-year fraud scheme to illegally obtain nearly $500,000 in Medicaid benefits, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York said Thursday.
