Sanders waived by Bucks

MILWAUKEE--The Milwaukee Bucks have requested waivers on center Larry Sanders, the team announced Saturday evening.
“We believe this decision is in the best interest of our team,” General Manager John Hammond said in a press release. “We wish Larry well and remain excited about the future of the Bucks organization.”
Sanders will reportedly be paid roughly half of his $44 million contract, which will complete his contract buyout.
