Saz's Hospitality Group expanding South Second venue in Walker's Point

WALKER'S POINT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Saz's Hospitality Group announced Tuesday, June 27, plans to expand their South Second venue, located in Walker's Point. 

South Second opened in 2016, offering a modern and industrial feel for events including weddings and receptions, corporate gatherings, social celebrations and more. 

According to a news release, the plans include a new outdoor patio with an outdoor balcony overlooking the space. There will also be an additional parking lot for guests. 

"We’re very excited to start this project,” partner Casey Sazama-Schneck shares. “We have seen so much potential in this space and are ready to transform it with these additions. It’s going to really elevate the event experience for our future clients and guests.”

The updated space will be able to seat a capacity of 225 outdoors, and collectively for an indoor/outdoor event, the capacity increases to 300 for a cocktail reception. 

Groundbreaking for the project will begin late summer of 2023 with plans to be completed by 2024.
