FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – The Fond du Lac County 911 center is planning a scheduled outage of non-emergency phone lines on Wednesday to update the phone system.

The outage will begin around 5:30 a.m. There is no word on when the update will be complete.

All 911 lines will remain operational while the non-emergency lines are down. Phone numbers affected include 920-929-3390, 920-929-3224, 920-906-5555, and 920-324-7911.

Citizens are asked to use 9-1-1 for urgent assistance. If the matter can wait, the county asks you to call once the lines are back up.
