Security guard charged in deadly gas station shooting bound over for trial

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A security guard charged in a deadly Milwaukee gas station shooting has been bound over for trial.

William Pinkin, 56, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide for the shooting death of Isaiah Allen.

Pinkin allegedly shot Allen at the Clark gas station on Teutonia and Roosevelt in August.

According to a criminal complaint, Allen took a box of Little Debbies from the gas station and started to leave. Pinkin was working as a security guard at the time.

Video shows him get up, pull out a handgun and rush after Allen before raising the gun and shooting Allen in the head.

Pinkin appeared in court by video Tuesday and pleaded not guilty.

A scheduling conference is set for Oct. 4.
