PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58) --- A semi-truck crash near Pleasant Prairie is causing major traffic backup near the Wisconsin and Illinois state border Tuesday, Jan. 26.
State Patrol is working to divert traffic on I-94/41 northbound off at Russell Road.
