WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A registered sex offender has been arrested after being at a park in Whitefish Bay.
Authorities say they arrested David Pitel on September 13 for violating a village ordinance, being in an area where kids normally are.
The arrest came after a woman told police she saw a man several times sitting in his truck in the parking lot with his shirt off.
Officers say they spotted Pitel at the park and took him into custody. According to authorities, there were no reports of Pitel approaching any children.
In August, Raymond Hoelzer was arrested for a sex offender violation for being in Klode Park.
