Sheboygan community rallies for supply drive to help aid victims of Hurricane Helene

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Community members across southeast Wisconsin continue to aid victims of Hurricane Helene. 

The Sheboygan County Sheriff challenged his staff to establish a supply drive to benefit Ashville, North Carolina. 

With help from the community and local businesses, they went above and beyond, donating more than he was prepared to transport. 

Items like water, paper toilet paper, baby wipes, diapers, non-perishable food items and much more were collected. 

One donation from Professional Supply alone had more than $60,000 worth of supplies. 

A job well done to everyone involved.
