Shopper gets car stolen out of parking lot in Fitchburg

FITCHBURG, Wis. (WISC) -- Fitchburg police are investigating after a car was stolen Tuesday evening out of a grocery store parking lot.

According to the Fitchburg Police Department, a woman claims her car was stolen out of the Pick 'N Save parking lot on 3010 Cahill Main just before 8 p.m.

The accuser told police said she was shopping when two teenage girls approached her cart and stole her car keys.

The suspects then left the store and drove off.

Police are still looking for the vehicle.
