MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Montana man is accused in a shooting on Milwaukee's lower east side.
Police say 28-year-old Jonathan Royce fired a gun inside an Ogden Avenue Apartment building across from East Pointe Market Place.
Royce allegedly went there the night of December 30 to sell a man Bitcoin but apparently got cold feet.
Police say a friend encouraged Royce to follow through with the sale when he became angry and fired two shots.
No one was hurt.
