MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a Milwaukee County man last seen at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. 

Officials say 69-year-old Abran Huerta was last seen around 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, leaving the medical center on foot. He's believed to have dementia or another kind of cognitive impairment. 

Abran is described as a white male, 5'6", 169 pounds, with brown eyes and a short, gray beard with a mustache.

He was last seen wearing VA Medical Center hospital pajamas, a light brown hooded jacket, and black shoes.
