WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha Police Department is asking the public to be on the lookout for missing 69-year-old Michael Taylor. 

He was last seen near the corner of W. Sunset Dr. and Oakdale Dr. Wednesday, Aug. 6, around 3 p.m. 

He is a black male standing around 5 feet 11 inches, weighing about 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and a bald head with a graying goatee. 

He is missing the tip of his left middle finger. 

Last wearing a burgundy baseball cap, black button up shirt with vertical white stripes, black athletic pants and gray sneakers. 

Taylor is believed to be on foot and to have dementia or another cognitive impairment.
