OZAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a Two Rivers woman. 

Police say 69-year-old Denise Laflam was picked up from a hotel in Saukville by Uber at 11:08 a.m. Monday, Jan. 13.

She was last seen at the DMV on Grange Avenue in Greendale around 1:22 p.m.

Denise is described as a white woman standing 5'1", about 128 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde or strawberry blonde hair above shoulder length. 

She walks with a cane and was last seen wearing a dark-colored jacket, pink shirt, gray boots, dark-colored pants, and glasses.
