HARTLAND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- December seems in Wisconsin seems like the ideal situation to take an opportunity to skate with Santa Claus, but one way to make it even more memorable is to use the event to benefit a great cause.
Make-a-Wish Wisconsin is holding a special skating event on Sunday, Dec. 11 called Skating With Santa.
The event's lead, Allie Jorgensen, joined us on Wednesday, Dec. 7 to offer more information about the event and details about how the proceeds will help fulfill the goals of Make-a-Wish Wisconsin.
The event will take place from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. featuring skating, Santa, a hot chocolate bar, cookie decorating and more.
