MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- For the sixth year in a row, BMO is teaming up with Summerfest to help small, local businesses. The BMO Small Business Spotlight offers a grant to a handful of entrepreneurs around Wisconsin. It's a big stage for a small business like Charm'd. The sisters created a fashionable, reusable ear plug. 

"As someone who loves going to concerts but also loves to sleep and travel, I wanted to do it in a cute way," said Courtney Rodgers. "The first weekend was busy. We met so many new people. I think we made some earplug lovers out of some people."
