MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It was a day full of poodle skirts, dancing, and Elvis at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center.
The VA held a 'Winter Sock Hop' for veterans in palliative care.
The VA says they wanted to give the veterans a fun experience while thanking them for their service.
The sock hop had plenty of music, food, plus a hula hoop concert.
