UPDATE: Silver Alert cancelled Ada Ruth Velazquez found safe

UPDATE (CBS 58) -- Ada Ruth Velazquez has been found safe, and the Silver Alert has been cancelled.

SOUTH MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- South Milwaukee police are seeking help in finding 61-year-old Ada Ruth Velazquez.

Her family says she has dementia.

She has brown/gray hair.

Police say she was last seen wearing a pink Nike short-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and gray slip-on shoes. She also may be wearing or carrying a black sweatshirt with no hood.

She may or may not be wearing glasses.

Police say Velazquez was last seen on 9th and Clark in South Milwaukee and she does have the ability to walk long distances but doesn't know where she is going.
