St. Francis man arrested for OWI 6th offense

WAUSHARA COUNTY (CBS 58) – A 56-year-old St. Francis man was arrested Tuesday evening for OWI 6th offense.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, David Loveland was pulled over for speeding around 6:36 p.m. in Waushara County. The trooper smelled an intoxicant coming from the car and noticed Loveland had blood shot eyes and was slurring his speech. Loveland admitted to drinking alcohol.
He was arrested for OWI and cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
