State Fair reveals list of 2023 food and beverage options

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- From alligator ribs to a Wisconsin quesadilla filled with brats, onions, peppers and cheese curds, the 2023 Wisconsin State Fair has food options for everyone. 

Tuesday, July 11, the Wisconsin State Fair announced their 2023 food lineup. 

Eat your way through the fair using an easy-to-use Food Finder HERE. The Food Finder is an online search engine created by Wisconsin State Fair that compiles all vendors and food items found at the annual event. This Fair food tool is simple to operate and easy to use on-the-go.
