Steny's plans fundraiser to support family of fallen Officer Corder, recovery of Officer McCray

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Steny's Milwaukee will hold a community fundraiser Tuesday, July 15, to help support the family of fallen Milwaukee Police Officer Kendall Corder and the recovery of Officer Christopher McCray.
From open until close, Steny's will donate 50% of all their sales in support of the officers.
With the MLB All-Star game taking place the same day, they're inviting guests to watch the game at the bar while supporting local heroes.
"Come out and support our local All Stars and their families," said LJ, Steny's general manager.
Officer Corder died three days after he and his partner, Officer McCray, were shot while responding to a weapons call near 25th and Garfield. Officer McCray was wounded in the ambush and is recovering.
"We're stepping up for those who stepped up for us," Steny's shared in a social media post. "We invite you to do the same!"
