(MILWAUKEE) - Parks throughout southeastern Wisconsin come alive during the summer with music, farmers markets, beer gardens, art displays and more. But there's only one park in the area that features a monthly gathering of spectators and performers celebrating an art form that dates back to the 18th century BC.
