MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man accused of killing a Milwaukee police officer appeared in court Monday morning.
Jordan Fricke is accused of shooting and killing Milwaukee Police Officer Matthew Rittner on February 6.
A trial date has been set for July.
Fricke faces a number of charges and if convicted, could spend life in prison.
