Suspect arrested for garage burglary in Shorewood

SHOREWOOD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A person has been taken into custody for a garage burglary in Shorewood.
Officers responded to the 2300 block of Menlo for a report of a man who had entered an unlocked garage.
It happened around 8:45 a.m. on November 2.
The man then ran from the scene but was located and arrested a few minutes later in the 2100 block of Newton.
The man is in custody awaiting charges at the Milwaukee County Jail.
