Suspect arrested, charged in connection with fatal Racine shooting

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 31-year-old man has been charged in connection with a shooting that left a 58-year-old man dead.
Investigators say Tommy Johnson is facing the following:
- First degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon
- First degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon
- Possession of a firearm by outstate felon
According to a criminal complaint, "issues over a female" were the motive behind the shooting.
Officials say one of the bullets fired from Johnson shot into a house where children were present.
Johnson is due in court on Sept. 20 for a preliminary hearing.

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police arrested a 31-year-old Racine man in connection with a fatal shooting in Racine.
Officials say 58-year-old Willie Henderson Jr. of Racine was fatally shot inside a vehicle near 16th and Victory on Sept. 4.
With help from the US Marshals Service, the suspect -- identified as Tommy Johnson -- was taken into custody in Franklin on Sept. 8.

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine Police Dept. officers report that they found a 58-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds near 16th and Victory late Monday, Sept. 4 at around 11 p.m.
The man was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities are actively seeking the suspect, who police report fled the scene on foot.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking for any additional information, including video evidence.
