Milwaukee Board of School Directors hosts retreat to discuss goals, expectations

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's been a turbulent few months for Milwaukee public schools, from a massive financial scandal to an ongoing lead crisis.
The MPS board hosted a retreat to reflect on those issues Tuesday, and to set expectations to navigate them moving forward.
Some of those expectations include quality leadership, accountability, and improving communication.
Four members in attendance Tuesday night will leave their post at the end of the month.
