MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- In Milwaukee, Team Trump was working to target Latino voters with a block party on Saturday, Sept. 28.
The block party took place at the Hispanic Community Center.
Congressman Bryan Steil was on hand, along with the WisGOP Latino Coalition.
CBS 58 talked to one voter who said when she was growing up in the neighborhood, she didn't see Republicans reaching out to the Latino community. She says now, that's changed.
"I was very excited to find that there was a GOP headquarters here in the neighborhood, in the Latino neighborhood," said Damaris Perez, voter. "I believe that Republican values do align very much so with Latinos when it comes to family, God, and working hard.
