Teen arrested, cited after allegedly having BB gun on grounds of Brown Deer Middle/High School

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) – A 17-year-old is arrested after police say he had a BB gun on school grounds.

Police were called for a disturbance between two 17-year-old boys in the parking lot of Brown Deer Middle/High School just before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 10.

Investigators say the two got into an argument inside the school when one of the teens tried to approach the other’s vehicle to “squash the matter.” That’s when the teen saw the other had a gun in his vehicle’s cup holder.

The teen was arrested for possession of a BB gun on school premises and taken to the station, booked, cited, and released.
