MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Spend an afternoon with Dr. Marissa Jablonski and you’ll likely start thinking differently about recycling and particularly the way plastics are impacting the world around us. Jablonski is director of the Freshwater Collaborative of Wisconsin, a statewide effort to preserve, protect and utilize our region’s access to the Great Lakes based at UWM.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Rose Schmidt joined Dr. Jablonski outside UWM’s School of Freshwater Sciences to learn more about the plastics problem and what everyday people can do to make a difference.
