MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A neo-Nazi group held a demonstration in Madison over the weekend. The Saturday demonstration reportedly started not far from the UW-Madison campus and continued to march toward the state Capitol.
Governor Evers responded, saying it was "revolting," and neo-Nazis, antisemitism and white supremacy have no home in Wisconsin.
On Monday, Attorney General Josh Kaul spoke out about the group march.
"Their views have no place in the state of Wisconsin, and they are rooted in cowardice. We saw that with most of those individuals wearing masks. Their views are anathema to decent Wisconsinites," Kaul said.
Madison police say the group did not display any weapons, but multiple callers dialed 911 to report them.
