Three dead including two kids after head-on crash between two mini-vans

SHAWANO COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- At 9:33 p.m. on Friday September 8 a crash occurred on Wisconsin 29 west at Limestone in Shawano County near Bonduel.

A Dodge mini-van was driving the wrong way in the westbound lane of Highway 29. The mini-van hit a Chrysler mini-van head-on causing numerous injuries and fatalities.

The driver of the mini-van going the wrong way was the only occupant of and died of his injuries. He is identified as a 38-year-old man from Bonduel.

There were six people in the Chrysler mini-van. Four of them were seriously injured and two died. A 9-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl were killed in the crash.
