MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One Milwaukee's south side, students began their morning on Monday, Jan. 6, with a visit from the Three Wise Men as part of Three Kings Day.
The holiday is widely celebrated by the Latino community representing the day the Three Wise Men brought gifts to Jesus.
It also marks a close to the holiday season.
Monday's visit was put together by nonprofit Community of Grace -- an effort to bring together students, teachers, and parents to celebrate.
"This is a cultural activity that we have here on the south side of Milwaukee. Every year we come to the schools to reinforce the cultural activity with the community," said Orlando Gonzalez, coordinator for Community of Grace.
Each of the more than 300 students in attendance got to take home a gift as well.
