Trial delayed in case of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The trial for Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan will be delayed.
Judge Dugan is facing charges after allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant evade ICE agents back in April.
The jury trial was initially set for July 21 but has now been delayed as the legal team behind Dugan is attempting to dismiss the charges entirely.
It was decided in court Wednesday that that issue will be resolved prior to rescheduling the trial date.
A scheduling conference is set for July 9.
