Tripoli Shrine Center decking the halls with a FEZtival of Trees
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Tripoli Shrine Center is ushering in the holiday season with its annual FEZtival of Trees, a week-long event starting Saturday, Nov. 18.
Now in its sixth year, the FEZtival transforms the center into a winter wonderland, complete with over 50 elaborately decorated trees. The event aims to raise funds supporting the Shriners' various charitable initiatives.
Attendees will be treated to festive activities throughout the week, including a chance to take photos with Santa, a choreographed light show and an assortment of treats from the food cafe. Also, visitors can participate in a 50 / 50 raffle and have the opportunity to win fully adorned Christmas trees, complete with gifts underneath.
The event will end on Saturday, Nov. 25, when the raffle winners are announced.
The FEZtival of Trees is open to the public with varying hours of operation: Nov. 18, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Nov. 19, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Nov. 20-22, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., closed on Thanksgiving, Nov. 24, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Nov. 25, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tickets are priced at $5, available at the door, and children 12 and under can enter for free. Free parking is provided in the adjacent lot at the Tripoli Shrine Center.
