Two arrested for bank robbery in Sheboygan County

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two people have been arrested following a bank robbery in Sheboygan County.

According to the Sheriff's Office, the National Exchange Bank and Trust, located at 105 E. Main Street, was robbed around 11:59 a.m. on Friday.

The Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office arrived on scene and quickly began searching for two suspects.

A 26-year-old Waupun man and a 35-year-old Waupun man were taken into custody by Washington County Offers as a result of a traffic stop in their jurisdiction.

There were no injuries reported.

The incident remains under investigation.
