MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police say two 5-year-old kids and a 34-year-old driver are seriously hurt after a crash on Fri., Oct. 26th.
Police say at around 8:00 p.m., the 34-year-old was driving westbound near 81st and Hampton when they crashed into two unoccupied parked vehicles and a tree.
Both the driver and the kids in the vehicle were all taken to the hospital.
Police say the driver is now in custody and the investigation remains ongoing.
Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
