Two Milwaukee Men Injured in Separate Thursday Night Shootings

Two shootings Thursday night are being investigated by the Milwaukee Police Department.

Around 10:50 PM, a 29-year-old man was shot while struggling with another man attempting to rob him at gunpoint.  The incident happened near N 29th Street and W Fond du Lac Avenue.   The victim was taken by the Milwaukee Fire Department to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening wound. 

Earlier in the evening, around 6 PM, a 25-year-old man drove himself to a hospital after he was shot while driving his car in the area of N 87th Street and W Silver Spring Drive.  According to the Police, a second vehicle pulled alongside the victim’s car and fired several shots at the victim.  The victim’s wound is considered non-life threatening.

The Milwaukee Police are searching for suspects in both incidents.
