ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Mayor of St. Francis has lost her recall election. The unofficial results from the city came in on Tuesday evening.
They say that the challenger, Alderman Ken Tutaj, won the majority of the votes.
The recall was prompted by a woman who said the Mayor CoryAnn St. Marie-Carls was unprofessional at a meeting at city hall.
Enough signatures were collected to prompt the recall election and St. Marie-Carls will now lose her position with the city.
