US Marshals: Fugitive wanted for aggravated assault may be in Milwaukee, Racine

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- US Marshals and the Racine Police Department are looking for fugitive Larice Earl Evans, who they say is known to be in Milwaukee and Racine. 

Evans is described as a 47-year-old Black male, 6' tall, 180 pounds, with black hair, black eyes and a pierced left ear. 

Authorities say Evans is wanted for aggravated assault against a police officer and three counts aggravated assault with a deadly weapon that occurred in Houston, Texas in September of 2023. 

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement. 

US Marshals say Evans has violent tendencies and should be considered armed and dangerous.
