MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The UW-Milwaukee wind ensemble visited the state Capitol to participate in a month-long program of concerts in the rotunda.
About 30 musicians shared their talents in an ongoing effort to encourage lawmakers to continue to support the arts.
