Dump truck vs. bicycle crash leaves 1 in critical condition

CBS 58 NEW BERLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- New Berlin police responded to a dump truck vs. bicycle accident on Thursday, Oct. 17.
It happened near Calhoun and Fullerton around 1:38 p.m.
According to the New Berlin Police Department, a 69-year-old bicyclist was treated on scene and was transported to Froedtert Hospital in critical condition.
Police say preliminary investigation shows that alcohol and drugs were not a factor in the incident. Calhoun will be closed from Greenfield Ave to Addison Ave.
The investigation is ongoing.
