MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Villa Terrace Museum & Gardens is hosting events throughout the winter including board game play, dance classes, sound baths and wine tastings.

Alec Story, executive director of Villa Terrace Museum & Gardens, joined us on Tuesday, Jan. 27, to discuss the house museum and upcoming events.

Story talked about what a house museum is and shared a little-known fact about Villa Terrace. He discussed some of his favorite happenings at the villa, including Lindy Hop dance classes with Paté Nassalang followed by social dance, open board game play and Milwaukee Wine Academy wine tasting and classes.

Story also mentioned relaxation events, including a Sunday sound bath in March and restorative yoga on a Sunday in April, as well as Sopra Mare, the villa's Italian gala.
