RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A search warrant executed by the Racine County Sheriff's Metro Drug Unit netted a ghost gun and drugs with an estimated street value exceeding $11,000.

Authorities say 18-year-old Johnathan Burdo was arrested in connection with the investigation.

According to the Racine County Sheriff's Office, the search warrant was executed on Aug. 21 at Burdo's residence located on Geneva Street.

During the search, officials located a .40 caliber “ghost gun” with an extended magazine. Ghost guns are homemade firearms from a kit people can buy online, but without regulations, they have no serial number and do not require background checks, making them hard to track.

Also found in the search was 264 grams (66 units) of psilocybin chocolate bars, 731.4 grams of raw THC, 113.2 grams of THC wax, 595 grams of THC syrup, 37.9 grams of THC gummies, 443.7 grams of THC vapes (103 units), and $4,685 in US currency. The estimated street value of the drugs exceeds $11,000, according to police.

Burdo was transported to the Racine County Jail where bail has been set at $75,100 for the following offenses:

  • Possession of THC with the Intent to Deliver
  • Delivery of Psilocybin
  • Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The charges have been referred to the district attorney's office.
