Warriors headed to the NBA Finals after sweeping the Trail Blazers

Game four went to overtime, but the Golden State Warriors finished off the Portland Trail Blazers and are headed to their fifth straight NBA Finals.
The Warriors ousted the Trail Blazers 119-117 on the road.
The Warriors will face the winner of the Milwaukee Bucks vs. Toronto Raptors series. The Bucks currently lead that series 2-1.
