WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha County Fair kicked off its five day run Wednesday, July 21. Admission was just $1 on day one.Â
Also on Wednesday, the Fairest of the Fair hosted a "Royal Tea Event" for future Fairest of the Fair contestants.Â
This marks the 179th anniversary of the Waukesha County Fair.Â
The fair runs July 21-25.
Daily admission is as follows:
- Adult = $10.00
- Youth (6-12 years) = $5.00
- Children 5 and Under FREE
- Daily Parking $5.00 (vehicle entry is subject to availability)
